2 cups water
1 Cup romaine lettuce
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 Cup spinach
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 banana, chopped
1 apple, quartered
1 pear, quartered

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for about 15 seconds and WALLA!



Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Banana, ripe frozen
2 stalks Celery
1/2 cucumber
1 1/2 cups Kale
1 Lemon, small, peel removed
1 cup Pineapple, crushed

Ingredients

3qt of water
1/2 cup sugar or more to taste
10 dried apricots
1 apple, cored and sliced
6 ounces raspberries
6 ounces blueberries

Instructions
Add the sugar to the water in a large pan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add apricots and apple, simmer for 15 minutes. Add berries. Return to boil and remove from heat. Serve it warm or cooled down to room temperature or iced, with fruits and berries or without, to you liking. Enjoy


Cucumber Mint Energizing & Detox Juice

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water plus more as desired
3- inch section of cucumber with skin, sliced
1/2 apple sliced and deseeded
Juice of one small-medium lemon
10-15 mint leaves
10-12 spinach leaves
few drops stevia or other sweetener to taste
4 cubes ice cracked

Instructions

Add water, cucumber, apple slices, mint, and greens and sweetener of choice into blender, and blend on high until completely smooth. Strain through fine mesh strainer, nut milk bag, or no strainer at all (if you don’t mind a heft of pulp), and drink immediately, or chill in refrigerator for up to 24 hours. You can play with this blend and up the mint, citrus, or greens as you like!

Instructions

Ingredients

1.5 cups almond milk
1 oz spinach
1/4 cups cucumber
1/4 cups celery
1/4 cups avocado
1 tbsp coconut oil
10 drops liquid stevia
1/2 tsp chia seeds (to garnish)

Instructions:

Add almond milk and spinach into a blender. Blend for a second to break down the spinach to make room for the rest of the ingredients.
